Hi all,
It’s Julie. my home stay family have very kindly let me use their computer so i’ll have to be quick. There has been little comments due to the fact that the team have all been separated from 12 o’clock each day. We have been each staying with members of the church here and this is our second night. We have been coping ok, but please keep praying that we will be able to communicate well with the families. Suzie and I have been very lucky as we are staying with an English teacher. We are looking forward to being joined with lou and rach tonight as they are coming to our house for a party.
Kid’s gospel has been going great - the kids have now learnt all the songs!! We will go through a dress rehersal tomorrow with them. Today we had a water fight which was great fun. Tomorrow we will be playing at the train station so please pray for that – especially because we will be playing a new song which we haven’t practised yet. Pray also for Elaine who once again will give her testimony at the station and Rachel who will give hers on sunday at the concert.
Hope this keeps you up to date – I know you’ve been missing our blogs
Thanks for all the prayers and support it is really keeping us going!!
Lov Jul

Hi Julie – Suzanne,
Its great to hear from you. Have been worrying that the earthquake would have disturbed you and especially Suzanne. this pre-pray is working well – think of it pray for it and the answer comes very quickly. Glad the home stay is working out and have fun with Rachel and Louise this after noon which is probably finished.
Holiday is going well.
Uncle Steve hired a wheelchair for Auntie Liz and it has opened up the whole of the resort. Jon is co-pilot and has stayed up amazingly late. He has lost another tooth in the front – another is wobbly. Think he is loosing them just to get the money.
Peter got a girl !!!!! She is from Manchester. I have found out the important things – like does she like the reds or the blues. It’s ok UNITED WE STAND.
Got jon an United kit.
Have to go.
stay happy.
Keep safe
God bless.

Hi team. Great to hear from you again. Jul & Suz, say thanks to your homestay family from all the bloggers etc for the use of their computer. We are praying away for the service at the train station and will especially remember Elaine and Rach as they give their testimonies Sat and Sun.
Thanking God for answered prayer for kg all week. Even needed an extra song in there… the children learned so quickly…great teachers!!
The water fight sounds like fun and possibly cooled you all down for a while?
I’m sure that while the language difference may seem difficult at times, nevertheless, the whole team exudes love for God, for each other, and for the people of Japan. God will bless the ways in which you do communicate his saving love…smiles, laughter, praise and worship, love, care, commitment.
Shine on in HIM as we pray on back here.
Love, Angela
Hi all,
Time at home, 10pm.
We share with all the other bloggers the joy of being in touch with you again. We give thanks to God that you all got through the earthquake experience. Isn’t it a wonderful promise God has made to us, that He will never leave us nor forsake us.!
It’s a great blessing and a tribute to you all that the children have learned the songs so quickly and with God’s help they will learn the new ones quickly too!
Blessings on Rach and Eilaine as they give their testimonies on Sat and Sun.
Hope the day at the train station went well for you all and that the onlookers were given something to talk and think about. Remember that God’s Word does not return to Him void but accomplishes that to which He has sent it.
We continue to pray for your enabling to cope with the humidity and the Japanese cuisine.
Lou, papa has enlarged and framed the lovely photo of you and the baby, hope you will like what you see. Stu, we are looking forward to next lot of your very expertly taken photos when you have access to the equipment.
Love and blessings again to you all.
